Luminary Collagen — Long-Form Landing Page
A presell landing page for a marine collagen supplement targeting women 35–55 concerned with skin elasticity and joint health. Written as editorial content, structured for conversion.
The Brief
Luminary Skin had a premium marine collagen product with excellent sourcing — wild-caught, hydrolyzed to a specific peptide size for bioavailability. The problem: their landing page read like a product spec sheet. No story. No mechanism. No emotional hook. Conversion rate was under 1%.
The Rewrite
I restructured the page around a single insight that most people get wrong about collagen: taking it isn’t enough. The body needs co-factors — specifically vitamin C and specific amino acid ratios — to actually synthesize new collagen. Most supplements miss this. Luminary’s formula doesn’t.
The page opens with an emotional hook about the specific moment women notice their skin has changed, moves through a root-cause reframe, and delivers the product reveal only after the reader understands why it works differently. Social proof is woven in throughout, not saved for one block at the bottom.
